The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, together with the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange, held the '2024 Korea-ASEAN Innovative Culture Forum' on the 26th and 27th at the National Art Gallery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This forum aimed to explore collaborative strategies between Korea and the 10 ASEAN countries to foster creativity and inclusivity in the age of artificial intelligence.
Under the theme 'Creative AI for an Inclusive Society,' discussions focused on AI applications within the cultural industry and future outlooks. The forum began with a keynote address by Kang Jung-seok, CEO of AIZEN Global, followed by the participation of artists and experts from ASEAN countries, including Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia, who shared various case studies.
AIZEN Global, a leader in AI-driven financial innovation with a presence in Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia, used the keynote to highlight challenges and advancements in the AI era, emphasizing data convergence technologies, domain applications of AI, and the importance of collaboration within ASEAN, an economic region with the world’s third-largest population.
